as a trained software engineer, he has more than 30 years of professional experience in the areas of process / IT consulting, program / change management, software engineering and corporate management. graduated in 1993 with a degree in business administration specializing in insurance at the DHBW. Since then he has worked in various specialist and management positions with a focus on P&C insurance. completed his studies in mechanical engineering after training as an insurance professional. From 1995 he worked in various specialist and management positions with a focus on commercial / industrial insurance P&C / Marine. Most recently for 16 years he was regional manager for Germany and the Eastern European Market of a leading international expert / loss adjusting / TPA company.
